Inhibition activities carbohydrate hydrolyzing enzymes is one approaches to reduce postprandial hyperglycemia by delaying digestion absorption carbohydrates. Objectives: objective study was investigate phytochemicals, antioxidants, digestive inhibitory effect, molecular docking potent extract. Materials Methods: In this study, we carry out substratebased α-glucosidase α-amylase activity Asparagus racemosus, Bergenia ciliata, Calotropis gigantea, Mimosa pudica, Phyllanthus emblica, Solanum nigrum along with determination total phenolic flavonoids contents. Likewise, antioxidant evaluated measuring scavenging DPPH radical. Additionally, antibacterial also studied Agar well diffusion method. Molecular bioactive compounds from B. ciliata performed via AutoDock vina. Results: M. P. emblica exhibit significant against IC50 (μg/ml) (2.24 ± 0.01, 46.19 1.06), (35.73 0.65, 99.93 0.9) (8.12 0.29, no activity) respectively indicating a good source isolating potential drug candidate diabetes. These plant extracts showed ranges 13.2 26.5 μg/mL Staphylococcus aureus Klebsiella pneumonia. Conclusion: extract appeared be inhibitor. Further research should carried characterize inhibitor compounds. Keywords:Diabetes, Medicinal plants, docking, α-Amylase, α-GlucosidaseView:PDF (520.27 KB)

The Flora of Iran is very rich due to the diverse climatic and soil conditions in mdifferent ecological regions. Iran has around 10000 species of wild plant of which about 850 are considered being medicinally important. In the present work the phytochemistry of several Iranian medicinal plants and their possible usage will be discussed.
